I am interested in understanding how and why the accumulation of Gibberellin (GA) is modulated in space and time during development and environmental responses. To address these questions, I am using high-resolution live-cell imaging to visualize and quantify the cellular distribution of GA, as well as biochemical and genetic approaches to understand the downstream responses to specific accumulations of GA.
