Biography:

I am a PhD student working in Ottoline Leyser’s research group, focussing on the mechanistic basis for shoot branching plasticity. I am also chair of the Cambridge Food Security Forum.

Research Interests

I am primarily interested in investigating the differential responsiveness of PINs 1,3,4,7 localisation to plant hormones such as cytokinin. Aiming to elucidate the motifs responsible for PIN protein localisation changes in response to Auxin and Cytokinins by performing domain switching between the hydrophilic loops of PINs.
