IMPORTANT: Please check official UK travel guideline prior to travelling to England

The health and safety of our Symposium attendees is our first priority. We have put in place the below on-site safety measures to reduce the risk of the transmission of communicable diseases for in-person attendees and will actively monitor the situation and review measures leading up to and during the Symposium.

On-site safety measures include:

  • Please do not come on site if you have Covid symptoms.

  • Free rapid lateral flow antigen tests will be available at Reception for delegates.

  • Masks are not mandatory. Disposable masks are available at the registration desk should you wish to wear one

  • The auditorium is well ventilated with mechanical ventilation supplied with 100% fresh air (3,600 air changes per hour).

  • We have large open dedicated indoor spaces for eating/drinking and the area has a very large volume due to above average ceiling heights (3.3-5.9m) and is mechanically ventilated with 100% fresh air. There is also plenty of outdoor tables and seating that delegates are welcome to use.

  • All rooms hosting the Symposium will have 100% fresh air mechanical ventilation.

  • Hand sanitising stations and wipes will be available throughout the building.

  • Tables, lecterns and microphones will be cleaned between sessions.

  • Professional caterers who follow strict food safety and anti-covid safety processes will provide all food and beverages for the Symposium.

  • Additional professional cleaning of the Symposium areas between days.
