Information for delegates

Registration is limited to help make the sessions as interactive as possible and due to reduced capacity of the auditorium for in-person attendees. We will accept up to 90 delegates to participate in short talks, flash talks and poster presentations and up to 200 registrations in total (combined in-person and online) to attend the symposium. 

 

 

Registration deadlines

12 June 2022: Abstract registrations close.

12 July 2022: Attendance only registrations close.

 

Symposium fees

In-person (students and postdocs): £180

In-person (PIs): £320

Online: £90

You do not need to pay fees when registering. We will send you a link to make payment after we have allocated spaces for on-site and in-person attendance. Delegates wishing to present talks and posters in-person will be given priority for on-site places.

 

Symposium fee waivers 

Our goal is to bring together scientists from all career stages and countries to participate in the Symposium. To help meet this aim, we are offering a limited number of registration fee waivers for students and early career scientists who may not otherwise have the financial resources and support to attend. These waivers cover the registration costs (online or in person) only. 

You can apply to have your fees waived as part of the registration process. .

 

What registration includes 

In-person attendance

In person registration includes attendance to all conference events, conference materials and catering (lunches, morning/afternoon breaks and dinners).

Accommodation is not included.  We strongly suggest that delegates have travel insurance in place should you need to cancel or rearrange travel.

Online attendance

Online registration includes access to the live talks and online poster sessions and ability to actively participate in all Talks' Q&As. There will also be opportunities for informal chats with other online and in-person delegates.
