Sainsbury Laboratory

Before joining SLCU, I studied Physics at the University of Oxford from 2013-2017. During that time, I worked as a summer intern in experimental atomic physics in 2015 and in astronomy as a Hoffleit Scholar in 2016. In my final year I became particularly interested in applying physical, mathematical and computational methods to biology and joined Prof. Louis theoretical biological physics group at Oxford for my MPhys project.

Research Interests

I am interested in using protein structure networks to analyse solved protein tertiary structures, and also in the properties of genotype-phenotype maps and their effects on evolutionary outcomes.
